The States are asked to decide:-
Whether, after consideration of the Policy Letter entitled "Implementation of approved rate of Long-term Care co-payment", dated 8 th February, 2021, they are of the opinion:-
1. To agree that the Long-term Care co-payment is increased from £229.37 to £242.06 per week from 5 th July, 2021.
2. To direct the preparation of such legislation as may be necessary to give effect to the above decision.
