"1(10)For section 33 (power to amend Law by Ordinance for specific purpose), substitute –

"Power to amend Law by Ordinance for specific purposes.

33.The States may amend this Law by Ordinance, but only for the purposes of –

(a)providing for a committee, authority or like body of the States of Guernsey, however called, to perform one or more of the functions of the Committee under this Law, or

(b)varying one or more of the maximum fee sums set out in sections 3A(8)(b), 3A(8)(c), 3B(10)(b), 3B(10)(c), 3C(7)(b), 3C(7)(c), 16(2A) and 22A.".""
