The States are asked to decide:
Whether, after consideration of the Policy Letter entitled ‘Appointment of the Legal Aid Administrator’, dated 11 August 2026, they are of the opinion:
- To appoint Katy MacIver to the office of Legal Aid Administrator, for a period of five years, with effect from the first Monday following one calendar month from the approval of this proposition, pursuant to Section 2(2) of the Legal Aid (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003.
