Legislative Changes for the Implementation of the Open Market Part A Inscriptions Policy

After consideration of the Policy Letter entitled “Legislative Changes for the Implementation of the Open Market Part A Inscriptions Policy” dated 11th February 2025 they are of the opinion:-

1. To agree to amend the Open Market Housing Register (Guernsey) Law, 2016 regarding the inscription of properties in Part A of the Open Market Housing Register as set out in section 2 of the Policy Letter.
2. To approve the Projet de Loi entitled ''The Open Market Housing Register (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2025'', as set out in Appendix 1 to the Policy Letter, and to authorise the Bailiff to present a most humble petition to His Majesty praying for His Royal Sanction thereto.
