The States are asked to decide:-

Whether, after consideration of the Policy Letter entitled "Police Complaints Commission - Re-Appointment of Member", dated 25 th April 2024, they are of the opinion:-

1.      To re-appoint Mrs Judith Soraya Watson as an ordinary member of the Police Complaints Commission for a further period of 4 years, with effect from the end of her current term.
