To approve the proposed Board membership, remit and funding for the Guernsey Development Agency, as set out in paragraphs 3.7.1 to 3.9.4.2. To approve the Development Principles and Objectives as the overarching strategic direction for the Guernsey Development Agency.3. To approve the proposed Terms of Reference for the Political Oversight Group, as set out in Appendix 1.
