Amendment 1

To insert an additional Proposition immediately after Proposition 6, as follows:

“6A. To agree that the gross annual household income limit for entitlement to family allowance shall be £136,800 with effect from 4th January 2027, and to direct that the draft Family Allowances Ordinance, 2026 (P.2026/74) be amended accordingly before its approval by the States, together with the preparation of such further legislation as may be necessary to give effect to this decision.".
