The States are asked:-
To elect a sitting Member of the States as a member of the Committee for Employment & Social Security to complete the unexpired term of office, that is to 30th June 2029, of Deputy Garry Collins who has resigned from that office, in accordance with Rule 16 of The Rules of Procedure of the States of Deliberation as set out in Section 1 of The Rules of Procedure of the States of Deliberation and their Committees.
(N.B.Pursuant to the Mandate of the Committee for Employment & Social Security, a member of the Committee shall not be the President or a member of the Policy & Resources Committee nor the President of the Scrutiny Management Committee.)
