Amendment 17

To delete all the propositions and substitute the following:

“ To direct the Policy & Resources Committee to investigate and report on the administrative framework required to introduce an Underutilised Property Levy on long-term vacant dwellings; such a report to be laid before the States of Deliberation no later than June 2027 and to explicitly incorporate the phased 24-month transitional grace periods and statutory exemption pathways detailed in the Explanatory Note.”
