Revised Age Limits for Body Piercing

The States are asked to decide:-

Whether, after consideration of the Requete entitled ''Revised Age Limits for Body Piercing'' dated 5th January 2016 they are of the opinion:-

1. To approve the proposals set out herein and in the draft ordinance in Appendix 1 entitled ''the Tattooing, Piercing, Acupuncture and Electrolysis (Guernsey and Alderney) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025.
2. To direct the preparation of such legislation as may be necessary to give effect to the above decision.
