The States are asked to elect, in accordance with the provisions of section 4(2) of the Administrative Decisions (Review) (Guernsey) Law, 1986:-
- A Chairman of the Panel of Members, who shall be a sitting member of the States of Deliberation and who has held a seat in the States for a period of three years or more, to fill the vacancy which will arise on 1st July 2025, by reason of the expiry of the term of office of Deputy Carl Meerveld, who is not eligible for re-election; and
- A Deputy Chairman of that Panel, who shall be one of the Deans of the Douzaines but who shall not have a seat in the States, to fill the vacancy which will arise on 1st July 2025.
