Policy & Resources Committee Membership

The States are asked to decide:

Whether, after the consideration of the Policy Letter entitled 'Policy & Resources Committee Membership' dated 26th August 2025 the States, in accordance with Rule 37(8) of the Rules of Procedure, are of the opinion that:-

1. The period of office of Deputy Jonathan Le Tocq as a member of the Policy & Resources Committee should be terminated with immediate effect.
