Principal Committees

The Policy & Resources Committee is the senior committee of the States. It concentrates on leadership and co-ordination of the work of the States, fiscal policy, and representing the island in external relations. Most policy-making, regulatory and public service functions are delegated to one of seven principal committees. They focus on developing policy, advising the States on policy, reviewing performance and budgets, and delivering public services.
