Statements are speeches made in the States under the provisions of Rule 10 by Presidents of the Committees, Boards and Authorities to provide the States with formal updates on the work of Government. An Individual Member may also make a Statement under the provisions of Rule 10 should it relate to a matter of a personal nature or following their resignation from a Committee, Board or Authority.
