Parliamentary Committees

The States of Deliberation has two parliamentary committees which are responsible for the core functions of parliament in Guernsey.

Scrutiny Management Committee

Responsible for scrutinising: legislation; policies and services of the States of Guernsey; and the use of public money.

States' Assembly & Constitution Committee

Responsible for the procedures and practices of the States of Deliberation and policies related to the election and role of deputies.
