The States are asked to decide:-
Whether, after consideration the policy letter entitled "Appointment of the Public Trustee for a Further Term", dated 13 th March, 2023, they are of the opinion:-
1. In accordance with paragraph 1(2) of the Public Trustee (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002, to agree to appoint Mr Luis Gonzalez as Public Trustee for a further period of one year, commencing 1 st May 2023 and ending on 30 th April 2024.
